Previewing: Solicitors and Their Relationships With Boards and Administration

The second in a two-part series on school and municipal law, this program will focus on ethical dilemmas lawyers face representing public sector clients and strategies to address those concerns.
 
Specifically, the program will discuss statutory powers of solicitors and how the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct affect the delivery of legal advice and services to public sector clients. Advising clients against the backdrop of the Sunshine Law, Ethics Act and Right to Know Law will also be addressed. Practical strategies for managing difficult ethical dilemmas both at and outside the meeting setting will be discussed.
